I’ve been working as an Executive Assistant for over 15 years and love it. I love to be organised. I love getting to know you so I can anticipate your needs, which enables me to be one step ahead to clearing any bumps along the way. And I love to tick things off my to-do list so that you can clear yours!

I provide high level administrative and executive support. I have C-Suite experience in a wide range of sectors including luxury property, media, HNWI / HNWF and private household, and independent schools.

Effortless support without the hassle (or admin)
I am an independent Executive Assistant – meaning I’m self-employed, pay my own tax, NI and insurance, holiday and sick pay, coffee and occasional cheeky vino! You only pay for the hours you require and any charges we agree in advance, such as specialist software you would like me to use.
I will provide you with a bespoke service, tailored to the individual needs of you and your business.
I offer the following services:
Business & Personal
Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, commercial flight, private jet or helicopter and car bookings, meal reservations, itinerary – diary organisation which allows your day to run smoothly.
Reduction of emails in your inbox by folder creation and maintenance, unsubscribing from junk mail, checking emails at agreed times to flag or respond, out of office or holiday management – giving you more time to attend to the important things.
Collation of business expenses for invoicing and reconciliation, letter and email creation, proof reading, household staff and supplies management (no ironing! 😉) and anything else you don’t want to do or don’t have the time to do!
Call Handling / Gate Keeping – Answering the phone and prioritising calls.
Hours & Rates
I charge £35 per hour and you only pay for as many or as few hours as you need. You might want regular or adhoc support, it’s all possible.
Hours booked on a monthly retainer are given priority, with lead time tasks and deliverables agreed in advance. Minimum four hours per month allowing you to budget.
Hours are valid for one month from the date of order and do not carry over.
Lucy is a talented, multi-skilled and highly personable professional. She performed a number of customer facing roles, taking other people’s stress in her stride, finding clear and calm solutions.
